1. Scope of Engagement
By accessing the website of Growax360 (Growax360 Technologies Inc.) or engaging our agency and software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Professional client deliverables are additionally governed by written Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and specific Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary software products, code repositories, frameworks, brand assets, and marketing materials displayed on this domain remain the intellectual property of Growax360 unless explicitly assigned to a client under written contractual agreements.
3. SaaS Product Usage
Access to proprietary platforms (including CRM, HRMS, Social, ATS, and Omnichannel Messaging) is subject to respective cloud licensing agreements, Acceptable Use Policies, and API rate limits.
4. Limitation of Liability
Growax360 provides technical recommendations and growth audits in good faith based on industry standards. In no event shall Growax360 be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime or third-party platform algorithm alterations.
